Who's Tina?

I’ve spent more than forty years as an entrepreneur—building successful businesses and brokerages from the ground up, leading high-performing teams, and earning top industry awards. For much of that time, my drive came from proving myself—being number one, winning, achieving. And yet, after every victory, once the applause faded, I found myself feeling empty and wanting more.

I realized that many top producers share this experience: they’re exceptional at achieving, but not always fulfilled by what they achieve. True satisfaction, I discovered, doesn’t come from trophies or titles—it comes from feeling deeply aligned with who you are and the life you’re living.

That awareness began my inner journey—not just toward self-actualization, but toward healing the beliefs that limited my joy, peace, and potential. And a funny thing happened: as I became more grounded, self-aware, and authentic, my success expanded.

By my mid-20s, I was already leading teams and stepping into ownership. Over the next two decades, I built and operated a highly successful brokerage, and later opened and grew under a major firm four offices across the San Francisco East Bay. But what I discovered along the way is this: no level of success, recognition, or growth can truly satisfy if you don’t value yourself—and your well-being—as much as your business.

I often say, “It’s not ‘I’ll be happy when I’m successful.’ It’s ‘I’ll be successful when I’m happy.’”

That realization changed everything. I know what it’s like to shoulder immense responsibility, lead through challenges, and keep showing up when things feel unfair or overwhelming. My journey has been one of achievement on the outside—and profound transformation on the inside.
